Shells are earned by working, trading and helping others. They are never sold for money. Offerings at the Loom Stone fill the treasury.
At the end of each season, Shell holders share partner rewards: vouchers, products and, later, the Cowry token. The more you earn and keep, the bigger your share. Rewards are paid for by partner advertising, never by players.
